Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday.

What do I need to prepare?

A private, safe, adequately lit room with space for a massage table or a firm surface, a clear floor area, and access to a bathroom for washing hands. We confirm the details with you before the appointment.

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

A request is not confirmed until MassageTHB sends a written confirmation with the date, arrival window, duration, agreed location, total price, payment terms, and cancellation terms.

Is massage medical treatment?

MassageTHB is a professional wellness and relaxation service. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, physiotherapy, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a health concern, seek appropriate professional advice before booking.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Tell us as early as you can. We apply clear notice periods and a respectful exceptions policy, and we confirm the terms with you in your booking confirmation.

Are travel charges included?

Travel is included within our defined core Nairobi zone. If your area falls outside it, the additional amount is disclosed before you confirm. There are never surprise charges after a session.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. A Gift Session can be booked for a partner, parent, friend, or colleague. The recipient chooses a suitable date and shares anything the practitioner should know beforehand.

What are the boundaries of the service?

MassageTHB is a strictly professional service. Any request outside professional massage will end the appointment. This standard protects both clients and the practitioner.
